Some performances are offered in a "Relax" format: a welcoming environment designed for people who need a more flexible and reassuring setting—including people with disabilities, seniors, families with young children, or anyone who feels uncomfortable in an enclosed public space. In practice, this means: open doors to the auditorium during the performance, freedom to move around, noise-canceling headphones available, and moderate sound and lighting levels.

In partnership with the Résonance association (Geneva), certain performances are offered with an audio description service designed for people who are visually impaired or blind. This service includes a tactile tour of the stage before the performance, as well as a narrated introduction, to help audiences fully immerse themselves in the world of the show.

Thanks to a partnership with the Lausanne Sinfonietta, haptic vests (also known as Subpacs) are available at select performances featuring electronic music. Worn like backpacks, these devices translate music into physical vibrations, allowing people with hearing impairments to experience music in a different way—a sensory experience in its own right.
