Ticket sales & information
You can buy tickets and season tickets for La Cité Bleue shows downstairs at son this page of our website as well as at the La Cité Bleue Genève box office, open Tuesdays and Thursdays, 10am-12pm and 2pm-4pm, and from one hour before performances.

Tickets for La Cité Bleue are also available son the website migros.infomaniak.events as well as at the counters of the Pour-Cent Culturel Migros Genève: Migros Change Rive, Migros Change MParc La Praille and Stand Info Balexert, according to their opening hours. Chéquier Culture and Senior Tickets are accepted at the Pour-Cent Culturel Migros Genève ticket offices.
Season 2025-2026
Subscribers to the 2025-2026 Season benefit from advantageous discounts (10% from 5 shows, 20% from 11 shows), as well as dedicated offers throughout the season: invitations to meetings, access to certain rehearsals, preferential rates on special events, free tickets, etc. Thanks to our partnerships, subscribers can also benefit from special conditions with partner cultural institutions, further enhancing the artistic experience beyond our walls.
Cancellation policy
In the event of cancellation of a show, the ticket office will give you the refund arrangements. Missing a show does not entitle you to a refund, but it is always possible to exchange a ticket for another show, subject to availability.
Reduced mobility
Tickets and season tickets for reduced mobility seats can only be purchased on site or by contacting La Cité Bleue by email at info@lacitebleue.ch or by phone on +41 (0)22 552 43 13.
Entrance to the hall
La Cité Bleue and the Café des Artistes open their doors one hour before the start of each performance. After the start of the show, entry to the auditorium to access your seat is no longer guaranteed.
Reservations
Seats can be reserved by email or telephone and paid for on the day of the performance at the box office. Tickets reserved and not paid for half an hour before the start of the show may be considered cancelled and put back on sale. If you are unable to honour your booking, please let us know by email or telephone in order to free up these seats for other people.

Events are accessible to holders of the Music Pass subject to availability. Simply go to the La Cité Bleue box office at least one hour before the show with your Pass to have it stamped. |

The culture cheques are accepted at the La Cité Bleue ticket office and at the ticket offices of the Migros Geneva Culture Fund. You will be asked to show proof of identity when using them. |

Holders of the 20 Years / 20 Francs Card are entitled to significant discounts on our shows. All tickets purchased at the 20ans/20francs rate must be presented with proof of eligibility (20ans/20francs card) at the entrance to the venue. The 20ans20francs card is a commitment by the Canton of Geneva in partnership with the City and municipalities of Geneva and sports and cultural partners. |

Solidarity tickets: La Cité Bleue accepts solidarity tickets (blue/red tickets) as admission to a performance. Simply go to the La Cité Bleue box office at least one hour before the show with your solidarity ticket to exchange it for a ticket. |

Senior tickets: La Cité Bleue is selling tickets at £10 only for shows in price categories A, B and C for members of partner senior citizens’ groups (Apege, Avivo, Cité Seniors, CSP, Fegems, FGCA, MDA50+, Uni 3, Agems and Pro Senectute) and recipients of social assistance from the City of Geneva. Senior tickets are available for purchase at the La Cité Bleue box office and at the Migros Geneva Cultural Centre ticket offices. You will be asked to show proof of identity and your senior citizens’ group membership card when purchasing tickets. |
